John 1:14
The bible says here that the Word became flesh. We know from scripture that this was not an instant manifestation. Mary had to conceive, was pregnant for a full term and delivered a baby named Jesus who had to grow up like any normal child through to maturity to save mankind by his death. It took a process! The Word of God becomes flesh through processes that require human involvement. That Word you are trusting God for will become flesh by a process. There will certainly be challenges along the way. But those challenges are not meant to destroy you but rather to birth you into your next level. When the amniotic fluid ruptures at full term pregnancy, it initiates a birth process that forces the baby out of a comfortable abode through the narrowest of canals into a new and wonderful world. So those pains you're experiencing right now may just be labour pains. May the Lord enlighten the eyes of your understanding in Jesus name! - Murphy Stephen
James 4:6
I am yet to see a singular factor that limits the growth of a Believer (in all ramifications) like pride. You cannot have it your way. In your own kingdom perhaps, but not in God's kingdom! Pride always puts self first and in the sight of God that is a type of idolatry because it displaces God from His desired lead and first position in your life. It is a clear violation of the first Commandment. No one will walk past God with puffed-up shoulders; not in His household, He'll pull you back! He'll keep pulling you back until you learn to prostrate with your face to the ground and crawl past Him in humility and total submission to His will and purpose. Allow God take the lead in all your ways and He will steer you away from turbulent waters and lead you instead beside still waters. - Murphy Stephen
Isaiah 55:11
Prayer, knowledge, declarations and revelations act by establishing God’s sure answers by His Word and promises in the equations of life. An answer is produced by variables that may be known or/and unknown. The devil can only manipulate these variables of life by instruments such as fear, doubt and ignorance to produce his expectations. But with God, the variables are irrelevant. It does not matter who you are, where you have been and what you have done. It does not matter to God what that report says; what you have seen or heard; what you know or do not know. By His Word an answer is established on the platform of faith and all the variables (known and unknown) will conform and equate to His established answer. When God changed the names of Abram to Abraham, Sarai to Sarah and Jacob to Israel, He was establishing answers according to His purpose. From then on their past and present became irrelevant. Their circumstances became irrelevant. Paths began to establish themselves in conformity to the future purpose (sure answers) God had set by His Word and promises. Therefore, in faith keep Seeking; Keep praying; Keep speaking; keep declaring the prevailing Word of God for sure answers this month in Jesus name! - Murphy Stephen
Exodus 8:28
Pharaoh released the Israelites because he calculated that 600,000 men with women and children on foot could not go so far in a few days that his horses and chariots will not catch up with them. But what he did not know and could not reckon was that there is something faster than horses and chariots which is the speed of heaven. Men sit and draw permutations based on physical indices but they do not and cannot fit the grace of God into their permutations, calculations and formulas. We serve an ALMIGHTY GOD who solves equations that the mathematical Almighty Formula cannot solve. The power of God that came upon Elijah to outrun Ahab is available to you today (1Kings 18:46). Move in divine speed this month in Jesus name; Amen! - Murphy Stephen
Acts 12:18-23
Herod was struck by an angel of the Lord because he didn’t give God the glory and he was eaten by worms and died. That men celebrate you today is not what makes you a star. Some of the stars we see today in the skies from earth are long extinguished. They are only still visible because of the great distances between them and the earth; in reality they are long gone. Aspire instead to be a shining light that is connected and stays connected to the source of eternal light (God) else you’re just an apparition that will soon fade away and be forgotten. Jesus is the vine, we are only branches that will wither and be thrown out without the nourishment of the vine (John 15:1-7). May this knowledge remain in your heart to guide your thoughts, speech and actions in Jesus name; Amen! - Murphy Stephen
